AGM
As a co-op, Modo hosts an AGM every year, where the board of directors gather with members to announce the board election results, review financial reports, and collectively reflect on key initiatives.
Who can attend the AGM?
The AGM is open to all Modo Plus shareholding members in good standing as of the date of record (which was March 10 in 2024). ASL interpretation is available for accessibility to ensure all members can participate.
Why should I attend the AGM?
It's your opportunity to engage directly with the cooperative's governance process, stay informed about the organization's progress, voice concerns, and offer feedback directly to the board of directors.
AGM Registration
Modo’s 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held virtually, via Zoom, on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, starting at 6:30 pm. Pre-registration is required and currently open! You will receive an email directly from Zoom with instructions on how to access the meeting once you register.
